Wow! I am so happy to have found Peachy Kleen. We're new arrivals to Leland and our little princess Maya loves to be groomed by Sara who also happens to be very accommodating and a real dog whisperer in her own right. Reasonable prices and great service. What more could you ask for when it comes to making your little fur babies look and feel great!
I asked for a face, feet, and fanny trim, but I ended up with a choppy overall cut. She is chopped up and uneven everywhere. When I walked in to pick up my dog, she didn't hear me come in and I hear her yell at a dog to “shut up”. She began to tell me that my dog leaned into her razor on her shoulder and that it was a little uneven. But everything she cut was uneven. She even had a little knick :( customers beware.
This was only my second time bringing my fur babies for grooming at Peachy Kleen. I was very pleased with the professional grooming. The staff was very friendly and attentive to the special needs of my babies. I definitely will continue to bring my babies back for their grooming.
Our Lando is so dramatic when I comes to getting his nails and feet done. We were just fed up with fighting him to do it ourselves. Sarah did an amazing job. He had a bath, nails done and I had her trim just around the eyes since he had some fly a ways that like to cover his eyes. He smells absolutely amazing and his nail look great. Will definitely be back.
Very disappointed after having our dog groomed here. After going here for several years, the quality of service has gone down hill. After multiple accidents we will not be coming back. Each time our dog has been groomed, we have told the groomer and owner about areas to watch where he has moles. 4 out of the last 5 times these areas were nipped. They were not cleaned and we were not informed. Our dog is 10 lbs and cream colored and the mole is on the back of his neck. So it is easy to see when he was bleeding. I called and left a message to speak to Sara the owner (again). The receptionist called back and we wanted to speak to the owner. We were told we would have a call the next day. We are going on almost 2 weeks without a call from the owner. This is poor business practices. We are sad to see the decline in service.
