Pet Supplies Plus Hope Mills

The transformation was Unbelievable ! I can’t say enough good things about Sophia at Pet Supplies Plus! She worked absolute magic on our new poodle mix, Coco. Coco went from looking scruffy to looking like a brand-new dog, all thanks to Sophia’s incredible grooming skills. I highly recommend Sophia for anyone looking for an amazing groomer who genuinely cares about your furry friend. Thank you, Sophia! We’ll definitely be back!

Took our two pups here to use the self service baths! The water pressure seemed super super light so i felt like it took forever to rinse our dogs, they are big, but overall it was great. staff was very friendly. Will be back in near future for more paths and treats :)

I come for the grooming, but I stay for the wide selection of dogs merch. We (doggo included) love Amy the groomer. Sweet, friendly, and my doggo companion (Remy) adores her. 13 out of 10, will get groomed again...(Don't call Chris Hansen on me, lol.)

I’ve come to this store for almost 2 years for supplies and the self-service bathing area. The staff is always welcoming and attentive! After struggling to cut our dog’s nails at home we decided to try out the groomer at PSP and were amazed. Sophia handled our boy amazingly and made light work of training his nails. I’ve never seen him be so calm and cooperative getting his nails cut. I’m so thankful for the grooming staff and now don’t have to stress over cutting my dog’s nails.

We just took on some tadpoles/baby tree frogs & came here for fruitless fruit flies for the first time. Annabelle took her time giving me any information on what I could use with them. She also was very informed on many types of pets. I’ve been weighing my options on different frogs and she was super helpful. She also was really great with my son (4-year-old) & I really appreciate that so much. She really made us feel like we weren’t imposing & was happy to answer all of our questions. Thank you, Annabelle for such a great experience! We will be returning!
