They were wonderful with my puppy and did a great job trimming up her eyes!! Will definitely be back 😊

I was visiting from out of town and my fur baby needed a hair cut. Before dropping her off, I told the groomer how I wanted her hair to be cut and my needs were not met. I asked for half an inch to be left. I thought I was picking up my cute puppy, but instead my puppy looked like she was ready for the Marines! The cut was choppy & uneven with long pieces left all over. Overall, decent prices but I most likely won’t be back.

This place is amazing!! I love being my dog here. My dog is kinda mean so the fact she don’t “snip” at the groomers , it is a win in my book! The staff , building and everything about this place is top tier! We will continue to keep coming ☺️ Pros- prices (count on what size the animal is ) staff, cleanliness, etc. Cons - wait time and the location of the building (but this doesn’t matter to me, but maybe others)

I love coming here to South Paw Pet Grooming. The facility is not only clean and smells fresh but people here are sooo friendly and welcoming. As I saw on the wall, they have so many awards for grooming and for good reason! They take such good care of all the dogs and even treat them as their own! I highly recommend them to anyone!

I have been going here with my two Shih Tzu’s since October and twice my dogs have come out with an eye injury. The first time I didn’t say anything because I didn’t notice for a few days and I thought she scratched her eye. But last week I picked them up and his eye was running and he couldn’t keep it open. I asked them what happened and the groomer said nothing. I was concerned but thought maybe he had hair or something in his eye. I took them home and rinished his eye and he was still visibly in pain. I took him to the vet and they stained his eye and found two cuts on his eyelid. I called the groomers and the manager said she asked the groomer and the groomer is saying nothing happened. She basically blew off that my dog came in fine and left with two cuts on his eyelid. I provided them pictures and a letter from the vet and no offer to compensate or at the VERY least an apology. There was no accountability for the injuries caused.
