Asena looks wonderful after her grooming today. A previous grooming had omitted some key elements (at least key to me). The team worked to correct all issues with compassion and understanding. I will add some pictures but I have to trick her get her face. The minute I pick up the camera, she gives me her back, lol

The best customer service that I have witnessed in a very long time! Chrisse was such a huge help for my item return from purchasing it from DoorDash, and she was so polite and friendly! She is most definitely deserving of a raise for her customer service!

First time at this location... Super Friendly and so helpful!! Grooming took great care of our baby and she was happy as well...!! I got help from an associate on the floor; she was knowledgeable and professional, as well as the cashier when I checked out...!!! Big thanks to the management at this location for leading such an awesome team for folks!!!Even though they are across town from us, I most certainly will continue to make that drive!!!

Had a appointment here for my pet, and they refused to comb my dog out saying she was very matte and was not. They didn't want to comb or brush my dog because it takes time. I would not recommend anyone or military to come here.

Just got my good boy Rider from the Ramsey St store ...Staff was knowledgeable and friendly and was able to meet all of my and his needs
