I have taken my pups to LTPS since they were born. Have tried other places and my dogs seemed traumatized and distressed when I picked them up. They LOVE going to the groomer. The staff has always been so very nice and treat my babies so well, I would never go anywhere else with my babies. They stay booked because they are that good. I’m grateful for the nearly 20 years they’ve taken such great care of my babies.
Here's a more factual and balanced review highlighting both the positives and negatives: --- I recently visited Loving Touch Pet Salon with my two dogs, and I had mixed feelings about the experience. Based on the positive reviews and recommendations, I was hopeful, but there were some areas that fell short of my expectations. Loving Touch operates as a home-based business rather than a commercial grooming shop. The front yard was not well-maintained, with some pet waste visible in the grass area, which left a less-than-ideal first impression. Upon entering, I noticed multiple "CASH ONLY" signs, which is fine, but I did find it challenging to get a clear understanding of their pricing structure. Only a limited signboard with a few add-on services was visible, such as nail trimming and ear cleaning, ranging from $5 to $10. However, there was no clear pricing for full grooming packages or standard bath services based on pet size. When I asked about the cost, I was informed that I would receive the price when I picked up my dogs, which was unusual and slightly uncomfortable. Despite that, I proceeded with the service, as my labradoodle was in need of a grooming session. I dropped both dogs off around 8:30 AM (the salon accepts pets as early as 7:30 AM), but there was uncertainty about the pick-up time. After calling multiple times, I was informed at around 3:30 PM that my dogs were ready, along with a final price of $245. The breakdown was $125 for my German Shepherd, $95 for my labradoodle, plus an additional $25 charge due to matting on the labradoodle. In terms of the grooming quality, they did a good job. My German Shepherd’s long coat was well-maintained, and they met all my grooming requests. My labradoodle also looked great, with only a few minor knots missed in harder-to-reach spots. The staff even showed me the grooming tools they use, which was helpful for maintaining his coat at home. Overall, the grooming was thorough, and the dogs were well cared for, but the pricing felt steep, particularly for the German Shepherd, who typically costs me around $70. The limited transparency in pricing and communication about pick-up times made the experience less than ideal for me. For those looking for quality grooming in a home setting and who don’t mind higher prices, Loving Touch may still be worth considering. However, if clear pricing and communication are priorities, this may not be the best fit.
Love love love them!! The groomers are so sweet! My fur baby been going to them since she was a pup! Best pet salon in Fayetteville with excellent customer service. Thanks guys!
My first time here with my two dogs, loved the personality of the staff and they did a fantastic job on my dogs. I'm really glad we found and tried Loving Touch, and the prices are as good as it gets. What a pleasure to walk out of place and feel you didn't get robbed. Keep doing what you're doing. Will see you again soon.
