K9 Perfection Grooming Salon Chapel Hill

Coming to K9 Perfection as a new client was a great experience, they were able to very quickly get my dog scheduled for a bath and nail trim and spoke very clearly about costs and expectations. I could just tell by how the team interacted with the dogs while I was there and how they communicated about the experience that they really care about pets. My dog is very anxious about vets/grooming and anything like this, and they mentioned the things they did to alleviate that stress, which means the world to me. I scheduled my second visit while I was picking my dog up, and plan to continue coming here as long as I am in the area!

I’ve taken our now 6-month old poodle to K9 Perfection’s Chapel Hill location twice for his first two full grooms, and have been so pleased. I would recommend it to anyone in the area. Zibby is amazing, so good to the pups, listens to what you want, and does a beautiful job. The prices are also reasonable. Can’t ask for better than that! Update, 4 years later: Zibby still does a wonderful job and we have always been so happy with her work. She treats both our pups so well. Prices have gone up, but that’s true of everywhere else, too.

Zibby is the absolute best! We met while she was in Wendell and as soon as we relocated to Durham, I knew I needed to get my pups on her roster at the new location! She has groomed my dood since he was a puppy and he has grooming manners because of her.Our bully mix is a rescue and can be a real pain when it comes to nail clipping, and Zibby is so patient and kind with him.

This place is awesome!!! Our dog is always taken care of and I know he enjoys going. Highly recommend. Zibby is awesome and really cares to make sure our pup has a great experience.

I’m not a customer, but I’ve picked up some of my canine clients from there. The puppers always look adorable, beautifully groomed, wearing seasonally themed neckerchiefs that the staff puts on them as a parting gift. 🥰🥰 Staff are always sweet and friendly.
