Janet's Pet Grooming

We went there two months ago and had Janet. She was wonderful and the cut was wonderful. I went there this week and had April. She screamed at my dog because he was trying to jump up on her she didn’t cut anything but his bum a little off his face. She said he was too aggressive to cut. They did give him a bath. He’s never been aggressive. He gets groomed every other month she charged me $55 for doing nothing will never come back here. I’m sorry for Janet because Janet was wonderful, but I won’t chance April even being there around my dog.

Janet is amazing!! We brought our two dogs in for a nail trim, and she treated them like they were her own, singing to them and making them comfortable. Prices are very reasonable, and she she was able to get us in the same day I called. We will be back next time we're in CB.

This place is awesome, clean, calm and welcoming for Pups of every size disposition. My Tilly is a handful but leaves Janet's at ease and beautiful with each grooming. Would not go anywhere else in Wilmington.

Had a bad experience with April, on the scammy side. Completely believe that she forgot that she made the appt with my dog. I would have respected her so much more had she just admitted it, apologized and asked me to reschedule it. Instead she took him, did a “face,paws and bum” and claimed that he “showed her his teeth” and stated that’s all he could tolerate. He is 12 years old and 10lbs and never acted aggressively to any groomer or vet. He is very docile. She then charged me $55 when a full grooming is $65. Very disappointed with the unprofessional behavior. .

I’m so grateful for Janet’s Pet Grooming! April has been so patient and kind in working with my behaviorally challenged dogs, it is such a relief! Thank you so much for taking the extra time. Much appreciated always!
