All About Grooming

My mother took our dog, Winston, to be groomed here yesterday. I discovered matting under his ears today. This is one of the most common places for a dog to experience matting and I think the price paid is a little excessive for that matting to be missed like that. We will not be bringing him back here.

We took our miniature Pomeranian to get a trim and they basically shaved all her hair off. When she was asking us how short we wanted it cut we told her we just want a small amount of hair to but cut. I just can’t believe how short they would leave the hair on a dog that is supposed to be longish. If I could have them negative star I would. I will never be returning and I would recommend future costumers to go somewhere else. 100% not worth the $50 dollars we paid for such a horrible job.

Awesome experience! My dog loved the whole process. Linda and Tammy were gentle and took their time with her! Probably one of the best grooming experiences my dog has ever had! Can't wait to take her back!

I had an amazing experience here at this pet grooming shop! Linda is clean, efficient, loving and caring with my Lucy and Lola, my two poodles. They love her so much! Definitely will let be back again!!!

There was a new girl and she wasn't to good cutting my pups nails.. but the older lady got down to business and got it done... Downside they only take cash. I had a card so had to run to ATM lady told me it was $25 before I left but all I could get out of atm was $40 so I gave her the $40 & she gave me only $5 back guess she took her own tip lol
