Shampoodles Salon, Biltmore

Jamie and Shampoodles are the best. She's taken care of our fussy dog with care for 3 years now and we followed Jamie to the Biltmore location. A perfect cut every time. Strong recommend!

They had booked me for an appointment that I clearly was late to . They pushed my appointment back , let me know it was fine. The work they did on my puppy was amazing . Will I come back ? HELL YES!!!

Richard rocks! I live very close to his salon, and my dog was in desperate need of a nail trim to the point where she was tap dancing around the house and would slide around on the hard wood floors. Richard was so professional and kind to me and my little Yuma. He saw to her right away, and within a few minutes, she re-emerged all springy and excited to be rewarded with a treat. I was delighted and pleasantly surprised with how quick and efficient the process was -- no nicks, no accidentally cut quicks, just pure professional and savvy good work. Would totally come back :) Thanks!

Shampoodles have always been great to my puppy since he’s started . In the pass Kru had a bad experience and knowing that he is in great hands is always a plus. Thank you Richard and staff for a awesome job it’s appreciated
