Rene's Clip-N-Dip

I love this groomer! We have struggled to find a great groomer who makes us feel comfortable to leave out babies with and who hears our concerns. Rene took the time in the morning to do a full consult before taking Mac in for her bath. She listened to our concerns about health, Mac’s likes and dislikes, and what we wanted as a result. She didn’t disappoint!! The shop itself is super clean and I’m so excited to be booking with her again!

ABSOLUTELY the best groomers here! They treat them like they are family and always do such a great job!

Took my goldendoodle puppy to Rene's today. They were quick to get me in with an appointment. When we went inside, staff was very pleasant. They asked me everything that I wanted done, and this was my first time getting my puppy groomed. They told me everything they could offer since my dog does not have her rabies shot right now, and were able to do a face trim, paw pads trim, a sanitary, nails were cut, and not to mention got an adorable glamor shot that they posted on their facebook page. They also gave my puppy some very cute hair bows, which surprisingly she hasn't tried to take out yet. I was overall very pleased with the work Rene's did on my sweet baby, and they charge a decent price for their work. Take your babies to Rene's!

My new go to! I used to go to PetSmart but Recently switch to Rene’s. I had an appointment with PetSmart but they called a day before and canceled our appointment. I called Rene’s the soonest they could get me in was 4-6 weeks (understandable especially in asheville). But because of the wait my dogs hair got matted and I had to give her a choppy cut and even then there was a few Matts I couldn’t get to. I was so scared they would turn us away or call because my dog is hyper and sometimes nibbles on the hand. But nope! They accepted her with open hands and called me about 2-3 hours later to pick her up! I walked in and I almost cried (I did cry!) my baby girl looked so beautiful! This is our new go to! Thank you guys!

My poor dog and I were turned away today! We had an appointment at 8 but was caught in traffic, there was a car accident which caused traffic plus the 8am traffic. I called at 8 to tell them that I was on way arrived at 8:15. They refused to take my dog in after only being 15 min late! No Grace time at all and you know they aren’t starting on my dog first they just shuffled another dog in his place he could have taken the next slot! After practically begging her to take him she refused over and over! So unprofessional!! I will never take him here again and you shouldn’t either! They hide behind that fake southern ‘nice’ but trust me they are rude! Plus a couple times I had to send my dog back bc his hair was choppy and so uneven a 5 year old could have done better! Do better Rene! Truly ridiculous you turned us away after calling and only being 15 late!
