Eh, Is all I can say. No one greeted me. And I as I stood at the register for a total of 5 min. One employee was holding a snake, and 3 employees stood there at the front with her. While I was just standing there. No one even noticed until one turned around , finally checked me out. No apology for the wait. If I can help it , I won't be back. Train the employees that the customers should be noticed! We are the ones that keep your store opened!

I really like this store! Easy to find items and quickly can pick up orders from online. Decent prices.

Brought home this sweet girl today! ALL of the staff members were so kind and informed and made sure I went home with all of the necessary equipment. I wish everyone looking into adopting a pet could have the experience I had today. They were so supportive and personable too. Pricing was very fair and she's very happy and healthy. I will be making trips to this location from Waynesville whenever I need pet supplies!! 11/10

I arrived at 4:30 Monday afternoon and was immediately welcomed by the Teller. I expressed what my wife wanted and she was prepared to Walk me to those items, until I said, this is not my first-time. The Tellers' kindness and sense of humor made my Day.

A medium-size store without quite the inventory of a Petco, but still adequate. Prices are competitive. The interior the store is dungeon like dark, unfortunately. Half of the overhead lights do not function. The staff is amazingly helpful and friendly. Parking is excellent. Just remember that if you do visit, bring a flashlight.
