Pawsitivity Pet Spa

Second or third time using them with our new puppy, a golden doodle we got over the summer ☺️ took her to get groomed on Saturday. They call me an hour later saying she’s done and I need to come get her right now (within 10 minutes). They charge me $147 and tell me that they couldn’t get finish because I was late dropping her off (7 minutes). Then they ask how much I’ll be leaving for gratuity and when I say how much do most people leave they reply “most people tip a minimum of 20%”— so I’m expected to pay $180 to groom a 25 lbs puppy for an hour with no wiggle room on either side and they’re snooty and rude….. no thank you!

Amazing! I have a small labradoodle who has major separation anxiety and is also very energetic/hyper. I was super worried about his first time being groomed, but they did such a great job and he loved it so much! I am incredibly grateful.

The best pet spa!! They cut our dogs’ nails without any issues at all. Prior vets had to put our dogs to sleep because of anxiety issues. Kristin had the magic touch; she had our dogs miraculously calm & successfully cut their nails quickly & without any issues! So glad we found this place & Kristin!!

As a veterinarian and dog mom, it was very important for me to find a groomer who is patient and tends to my pups special needs. I have been impressed by Pawsitivity every time. Heidi is an exceptionally warm, thorough and talented groomer. She took wonderful care of my senior dog who passed away last year, and now grooms my new puppy. I have nothing but positive things to say about Heidi and Pawsitivity. They are truly a dog spa for the pet parent who wants that extra special touch and individualized care. I wouldn’t want to take my dogs anywhere else. It can be difficult to find a groomer you trust implicitly, and I am so grateful to have found that.

Heidi is awesome! This is the reason I have returned for some years now! My girl likes coming & always looks perfect. The pups are treated like royalty!
