Wonderful experience! Our normally laid back puppy had extreme grooming anxiety, until yesterday that is, when she was groomed by Deb at Central Bark. From the moment we walked in, the space felt warm, caring and peaceful. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. Deb did an amazing job! It's easy to tell she has had years of experience. Her soft spoken and confident manner is just what our pup needed. 5 stars across the board!

This review is long overdue but I'm finally able to sit down and share my amazing Central Bark experience. I had booked a time for the self-serve wash back in April because I wanted to de-shed my dog before his 3-week stay at a friend's house while I was out of state having cancer surgery. My dog hates being brushed by me so his coat was out of control! Having him tethered is the only way I can get him to let me brush him otherwise he runs and hides in his kennel. Anyway, upon check in, the staff took one look at him with his mats and thick double coat and they offered to try to blow some of it out before the wash so I wouldn't make things worse with a bath. As they tried that, it was clear that he was so overgrown that this was a job best left to the professionals. They kindly offered to squeeze him in knowing that my pre-departure "to do" list was long and as someone facing cancer and surgery, I could use all the help I could get. It gave me great comfort to know that my boy was likely feeling 1000x better and that my friend wouldn't be constantly vacuuming up dog hair during my time away. I am so very grateful and the job they did was fantastic! Here he is a month later still looking great!

At a time when we should be kind they are not. The new owner does not believe the customer should have a voice, in a time when we need to be heard. The new manger and lady who answered the phone was rude and cruel to me in front of her staff all because I was confused about the shot record for my dog. She talked to me like I was nothing. My dog had a great cut and shampoo from the recent person who washed her. They go through employees like crazy probably because the owner is not a happy person. After two years I will no longer go there and I will be teaching a class about customer treatment using this experience 👏 👌.

Absolutely incredible!!!! We have gone to several groomers and BY FAR, this is the best service we have received. They are friendly, prompt appointments, pay very close attention to detail and hands down give the best customer service of any other locations we’ve visited. Our doodles love them too! Highly recommend!!!

Very unhappy with their scheduling and general account management. Booked appointments twice to have them reschedule the first one last minute and then claim we never made a second appointment at all. Had plans to get the dog groomed and trimmed after a long stay at the kennel. Now we are SOL and will be finding a new dog groomer. These types of appointments are hard to get out of work for and plan. Unacceptable IMO to be so careless with customer's time. Rather go to a reliable business.
