Rod's N Dogs Car Wash

Well, I can't say I wasn't warned by the other reviews, but I stopped anyways because the location was convenient and it looked really nice. The experience was good, but indeed it only cleaned about 3/5 of my car.

I am extremely disappointed with the service and follow-up at the Helena Rods N Dogs location regarding an incident on April 26th. After my vehicle was damaged by their automatic car wash, I was initially told that they would work with me to resolve the issue. However, the only communication I received was a brief text message the weekend after the incident, and since then, my attempts to resolve the matter have been completely ignored. Despite multiple attempts to contact them via phone, my calls have gone unanswered. The representative, Angus, has not only failed to provide necessary insurance information but has also consistently refused to provide contact details for the owner. I advise potential customers to consider this level of service when deciding whether to visit this location.

It's great if you only care about washing the top 4/5 of your car. The photo below is *after* going through the wash (and I chose the most expensive option). The first vacuum I tried to use had coins jammed in the slot and the attendant apparently didn't have the tools to fix it, nor did he put a sign on it to let other people know. On the plus side, it wasn't too busy for the first sunny, 70-degree day of the year.

I found the payment method to be a bit confusing. They had self service, automatic and vacuums. Also, a dog wash. I used the self-service and the pressure was fantastic! Honestly really cleaned my car.

First I put money in the vacuumed and couldn't figure out how to get it to work UT it still took my money, then I drove around was just going to was my car a d the machine wouldn't do any thing when I swiped my card just kept saying swipe card. Well the next day thete is s 7.75 charge on my card for rods n dogs car wash and I still haven't even washed it And had to go pay somewhere else to vacume, does it look like my cars been washed
