First time shopping here in about five years. I thought the amount of cars parked out front in the areas closest to the grocery entry before opening was rather odd but it has been the regular as I have visited almost weekly over the past month. The parking angles in the parking lot make it a tight fit, but that has seemed to be the norm for most of the businesses we have visited since moving here.

Been waiting over an hour for my pick up and have watched about 6 people who pulled in after me get their groceries… not impressed at all! Even if it means paying more for groceries, Walmart will never get my business again. This particular incident happened at Walmart on 10th.

I'm glad I was able to get Nido at Walmart Great Falls. The store is clean, organized and excellent customer service. The atmosphere is so vibrant.

The store manager cant run a store, deli and bakery always not stocked, employees ignore me anytime im looking for help, Seen a girl in the deli not wearing a hair net she was kinda big with straight brown hair looked like she was in her forties she ignores me and my family anytime we come to the deli. Me and my family will have to drive the extra ten mins to smelter.

I had the nicest young man named Micheal help me buying a new phone. He was extremely helpful informing me of phone options and helped me to transfer all my data to a new phone. It took a long time out of his day but he didn't mind, talking to me and explaining things. It was the best customer experience I've had. I have tried to talk to Verizon to get me to a staight smart plan which is half the price.since Verizon owns smart talk. I got sent to the straight smart talk people and than back to verizon which I've had for 17 years and couldn't get them to help me to get my bill lowered for under 60. Got so sick of the back and forth Micheal was awesome and he needs a giant raise. I will always refer people to Michael!
