Dee-O-Gee BZN Downtown

We love it here for the last 2 years my pup Rocket and I have been coming I. For grooming , doggie food to watch his weight, treats and a wonderful shampoo bath Area. The staff is always so attentive to us and are the most kind to my Rocket baby . He loves the pets and treats that he receives. There is always great parking and no problem walking around the mall there. If you do need grooming make sure to book in advance as they are wonderful and get booked up months in advance. Can’t say enough great things about Dee-O-Gee! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with genuine warmth and enthusiasm. The staff here are incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate about what they do. Shows they clearly care deeply about pets and their well-being. What stood out the most was how informative they were. I had a bunch of questions about dog food options and supplements… and they patiently answered each one with insight and expertise. They didn’t just push products; instead, they took the time to understand my Aussie’s needs and offered tailored recommendations. Also, they provided a generous assortment of treat samples for dogs to try…which was a thoughtful touch and gave me the chance to see what my pooch liked best. She was thrilled, and I loved seeing her enjoy all the different treats. Highly recommend to any pet parent looking for personalized care and a friendly, welcoming atmosphere. 🐾🐶

I have to say of all the pet stores I've visited the downtown Doo-O-Gee is hands down the best store I've yet to visit. The selection is great and they have unique items that the big chains do not. Also, the service and staff were absolutely the best. Exceptional guidance, a squeaky clean store, friendly advise and staff that truly goes above and beyond on every front. I can not suggest a business more highly!

Saturday my husband and I visited your store for the first time. What a nice pet store, we were really impressed with the amount of inventory you carry! We were greeted by a sweet associate, I believe her name is Mikaela. Mikaela showed us around the store. When asked about the various dog beds Mikaela explained how the dog beds are machine washable (Our one is not) and indicated which one were hot sellers. Thank you Mikaela for being so attentive!

I have always purchased my dog food from here because they carry the best and have a great rewards program which gives you a free bag of food on the 9th bag ($60 savings!). Today I went in to give my dog a bath and the owner noticed my dogs nails needed better attention. She approached me in such a friendly, educative way to help me help my pup. She took the time to show me how groomers are trained to clip nails, and then gave me a free pair of clippers, medicine, and treats in the name of Christmas spirit. You are really able to tell that they love animals here and will go above and beyond to help them. Thank you again; your act of kindness made my day and I’ll be sure to pay it forward. See y’all soon!
