I am making a point to post a review on behalf of myself and the 4 other "older" people in line (because we normally don't) Travis, at the Billings Heights store, is an Exceptional (go above and beyond) employee!!! The store was packed, the line wound back through the store, and he was the only person helping customers (from the register position) he was very friendly and helpful!! we were there approx 20 min and it appeared nobody else worked there...there was no one else working the floor, anywhere to be found, not a manager an asst mgr or even another employee. I hope Tractor Supply values this employee as much as, we the customers, do. PS: maybe you might consider hiring a few more employees that believe in good old fashion "customer service" like Travis does!

Great staff at this location. We purchased a trailer and a dog kennel. When we pulled around to the back, there were trailers that were not on display. Jamal the manager took the time to figure out how to swap the trailers. All of the staff was friendly and helpful.

Everyone was willing to help out and answer questions when I was in the market for something. Thank you to all of the workers here!

Had what I needed for price stated. Staff is helpful and friendly. Prices are average on things. They were well stocked. Great selection of dog treats and chews.

These folks are always ready to get customers taken care of...never a hassle...always offer good advice for me on products! Thank you TSC especially Bailey. This gal knows her products in the store ! 5 star rating #1 in customer service .you go girl!
