This is about yesterday Jan 11, 2025 5:30pm -6pm i believe So 5 Stars For The Store I Love Shopping There But I Give 0 Stars, To The Shiptons Big R West Employees The Young Man, And Gal not sure the namds but They Was Over By The Mens Pants. & Cowboy Hats around like I happened to hear Some inappropriate Conversations and happened to look over about the same time the young gentleman that works there happened to put his hands down his pants doing whatever and sniffing his hands🤦‍♂️🤢 yes the young male Employee did that and also the gal that was with him said it out loud enough for a few customers to hear. "DID YOU REALLY STICK YOUR HANDS DOWN TO YOUR PP AND SNIFF IT? AND I Literally watched him and heard him say ya here smell it, it smells good and the gal smells it🤢 like seriously stuff you shouldn't do or say at work near customers. Hope management sees this and checks cameras

i was just in this morning trying to make a purchase at the gun counter the three employees that were there acknowledged i was there but continued their personal conversation rather than help a paying customer i waited till it was obvious they weren't going to help me so i left. i was able to get what i wanted at scheels your loss i guess.

You Call yourself an American Company. Purchased a gun safe, the floor model, but it was sold at the regular price without any discount for Veterans or First Responders. Disappointing customer service. Safe was placed out back and No help loading. What A Joke.

I have been coming here for years and today I had friendly floor staff making sure I was able to get what I needed until I got to the cashier where not being polite seems to be okay
