Shipton's Big R Heights

This store is excellent. I had just purchased a pair of boots a few days prior and the same boots went on sale. They honored the sale price, without hesitation. Tells me this is a well ruin business. Kudos to them. They have my business.

Vulgar, Rude & Appalling (loss for words honestly)! Propane stops 30 minutes early ....Not knowing, I just asked for a small tank fill at 7:35 Sat and got, Jesus F..K....yes that vile and I have a witness. I called. for a mngr and was transferred to 'Lee' who seemed to barely care.....Did say they talk about language? I'm Appalled and will never return, their expensive anyway and Ace Hardware is 5 blocks away by Walmart!

Was in the store on 08/31/24, purchased a Carhartt vest for work but collar won't lay down. Brought it back to exchange or get my money back or get a discount today on 09/01/24 and older teller host reference #034780 was extremely rude, cut me off in my sentences 3 different times, and was extremely dimissive. I work too hard to waste my time with awful customer service. Will not be back!!!!

You can never go wrong shopping at Shipton's Great Prices, Every time I go in there it's Clean !!! And if they don't have it they will order it in for you. 🤙

Love the store, but cashier was very unfriendly and made a comment at us under her breath after we asked why these shirts weren’t on sale when they were very clearly marked on sale. Manger came over and explained why they weren’t, but they need to move the stacks of shirts from the rack that say in bold letters ”2 for 30.” I’ve worked in customer service for 5 plus years and you always sell the shirt at what it says it sold for. Kinda disappointed. Better management over young employees would fix that. Love the girls working in clothing tho! Very kind and friendly :) also I never leave reviews so that does say something.
