I am VERY pleased with Shiloh. A coworker who's taken her pets there for 20 years recommended it. We're establishing our pets there and can't be happier. Emma, Dr. Schuchhardt & others there are ACES to me. We trust our "kids" to Shiloh! You should too.

We just keep having bad experience after bad experience. I find Shiloh Vet to be extremely disorganized. First, every time I take my dog there, we never see the same vet because the previous ones all left (which seems like a bad sign already). I’ve gotten medications that were completely wrong for my dog’s size (I have the box to prove it) which I gave to her because I was blindly trusting their care. Last visit was also frustrating: I had her teeth cleaned and the actual price was WAY more than what they quoted (like more than double). Which if that is what the service costs, then fine I guess. But I requested to make the payment in two installments (with the second being less than 15% of the bill) since there was such a big difference from what we were expecting. Zero flexibility - they said the only option was to just pay everything right away. Today they didn’t seem to have all the records based on what the tech kept asking or saying to me. Today I gave one last chance, but surely enough was disappointed. I was told my dog would get specific vaccines. The tech took her to do heart worm testing and my dog comes back with the vet saying “she is all done”. I was surprised because usually they do the vaccines in front of you,but not today. Anyways, I go to the front to pay and I ask for the heart worm medication and the lady tells me “here it says you will get it during spring” which was definitely not what was discussed in the exam room… the whole point in doing the heart worm test was to order more medication. Then I checked the receipt and asked why my dog didn’t have the rabies vaccine done since I was told she would get that today and she is due in less than a month: “sorry! They missed that, but the doctor is willing to do it now”. How do you miss that???? If I didn’t notice, I would have to go back in the next 2-3 weeks, pay again for a new exam, and get the vaccine then. Then I asked the girl to give me the flea and tick medication today so I could be just done with this place and not go back and again she said “there’s a note that you will get it during spring”. I just didn’t have the mental energy to argue…

We always have good experiences here from routine checkups to boarding to TPLO surgery. Very clean, organized, and the quality of care is excellent. I've also compared prices with a couple of other vets in the area and SVH is in majority of cases is comparable or less expensive. Really glad we found them

We use them for dog boarding and have always had a great experience. They take my dog outside way more than any other boarding facility I’ve used. We always pick my dog up happy and I can tell she was loved on while we were away. This time they even sent us a cute Easter pic!

So happy we found this vet! We are new to the area, and after both our cat and dog got sick, Shiloh Vet got us in and taken care of. Clinic is clean, open and bright, and I saw the tech thoroughly clean and disinfect the room before we used it. Staff was wonderful, from scheduling, checking in, to the techs, all were very nice and most importantly so kind to my animals. Dr. Schuchhardt was absolutely wonderful! Very knowledgable and great with my animals. Would recommend to anyone!
