My wife and I needed a few pet items and found our way to PetSmart to shop. As we wondered a bit we made more of a purchase planned because of some great deals posted as well as Xmas items in bulk! Nice work! Service has been fine and register was running smoothly.

Groomer said they'd contact my vet for vaccine info. They told me when I got there that they "don't usually call THAT vet because they never answer." Then said I couldn't get my dog groomed because they didn't have vaccine records. Neat. Could have told me that when I booked the appointment... So I could have gotten the records... But they said they would get them. And proceeded to NOT get them. Then turned me away. Super inconvenient. They have done great in the past, but they can suck one.

We took our 2 pups in to get their nails trimmed. Holly did an excellent job. She was great with our dog Pepper, who is a little skittery and doesn't like her nails trimmed. She got us in and out quickly. Thanks for the excellent customer service!

Got the wrong size fish filters and tried to take them back within their 60 day return policy, even for store credit if I couldn’t find the right ones and all the lady did was argue with me and question me the whole time. Obviously it came from PetSmart but they weren’t willing to do anything for me which is pathetic IMO. Tried to have her look it up with my rewards email and phone number and their system would change my phone number to a 560 number (system glitch) which wasn’t my problem. Used to shop their all the time for my pets needs, but I won’t be back at all after today. Worst service ever. I’ll stick to home goods cheaper anyway
