I have brought several animals here multiple times, dogs and cats. The staff is always quick and efficient and does a great job on grooming, whether dealing with difficult mats on a thick-coat cat, or clipping the nails on a very nervous lapdog. Price can vary considerably depending on how much work is being done, but I feel has been an appropriate cost every time I’ve gone so far.

Easy appt process on phone with real person, qwik check-in and handoff, staff are positive and friendly. Easy pick up and payment process. Best ever groomers I have found in the Billings area. They handled a challenging shy and apprehensive doggie friends with no problems.

Best groomers in Billings at the downtown location. April and the ladies there are all super nice and really pay attention to detail.

My dog is a very nervous dog and the ladies at Paws & Reflect (both locations) are always super gentle and good with her. I've been to a few groomers in town and this place is where we have decided we like best for my old gal

This place is dog-awesome! I brought my somewhat anxious rescue pup here for a few hours of doggy daycare and she must have had an awesome time because she was tired and happy when I picked her up. More telling - when I brought her back the next day, she was eager to go inside! They have an indoor space and an outdoor space. And I know she was taken care of because when I picked her up both times she was neither thirsty nor needing to pee. I will definitely return!
