Definitely do NOT recommend this pet store. I've bought animals from them twice now and BOTH times they've been wrong about the sex of the animals. They mix the sex of their rodents and other small animals for long periods of time, including into maturity, if the animals do not sell, regardless of injuries the animals caused by this practice. They have no warning that they didn't know the sex of the animals and I was reassured both times they knew the sex and when they were wrong they refused to do anything about it or even take accountability. So unless you wanna end up with multiple colonies don't shop here. Just pay the little extra to go to a breeder who knows what they're doing because exotic pets CLEARLY does not.

We have been looking for the perfect fit for our family and lifestyle and we finally found this little fluff ball at exotic pets. I've never spent so much for a puppy before but this little guy is worth every penny. Even the kitty loves him and his puppy antics

This place is gross. Not only does it smell bad and appear dirty, the employees are rude to customers and mean to the bird. They also sell puppy mill puppies. They should be shut down. If you're looking into getting a new pet, I would recommend one of the local rescues in town that actually care about animals. Amazing store with a huge variety and expert knowledge!

I never have a good experience in here. It’s either dirty, with poor care to the animals or the customer service is awful. Unfortunately today, it was both. Wish this shop would take better care of their animals and make it their top priority as it is a pet store. Also not sure as to why this pup was in a glass container and not in the puppy section in the bins with the other pups. I hope to see improvement in this shop.
