I so appreciate your grooming services. My little rescue dog just loves his time there to be pampered. You and your staff are kind and gentle with him. I am so thankful for the time spent with me also and the reassurance that my little dog is thriving.
We always love going to Andie’s paws and claws! My dog loves it too. She goes in happy and comes out happy, which is a good sign. And they call back real fast when I have to leave messages. A lot of places simply never call back. So that’s awesome.
I took my Piddles in for the first time today. She's no spring chicken and is used to only me bathing her. I'm extremely impressed with how at ease they made her right away. While she's very friendly and food motivated I honestly didn't expect her to behave the way she did and I can only guess her great experience was due to how well her groomer and the rest of the staff treated her. I am beyond happy with how clean and soft her coat is, the one other time I took her to be groomed I took her to a chain store in Bozeman and she still had loose shedding fur all over her and smelled like a french (you know) house. I have been constantly petting her to check for more loose hair and stir up the dog perfume to see if my allergies go off but nothing, she's perfect! Thanks to Andie and her staff. I have found a permanent groomer.
First time I've owned a dog that I've taken to the groomer. He is 17 weeks old so they were only going to lightly trim his coat. While they did they're work, I went into town to run errands When I got back to pick Eliot up,he was so adorable and he looked like a different puppy. They said he was su good that they decided to trim it all.p
As a former regular customer I'm disappointed in the business practice of Andie's. After years of taking my dog there, I tried to make an appointment and was told that no, I could no longer be a client. Stopping in, I asked to speak with Andie and was told that, given I had not had a reservation since before Covid and that I was a once or twice a year customer I had been dropped. Apparently I was canceled, even though I was a repeat customer, with incredibly tame and calm dog, disregarding all of the people I had recommended to them, because I was not bringing in enough money. Given this demonstration of poor business practice I would not, even if they asked, take my pet there again given this clarification of their priorities. ********************* Following up on your response... While I was there, your employee told me the next reservation opening was in July so I am confused by your remark about bookings. I have run several businesses in the past and resource management is always a matter of scheduling. At its core it's about trust. And I will not put my trust in, nor will I trust my animal with, this business again.
