I saw online that tractor supply does a vet clinic, unfortunately after a hectic morning I misread the time and thought it went until 11:30am rather than 11am. I called as I was leaving my house to check if they would still be able to help me as I was due to arrive a couple minutes to 11, and I know the inconvenience of showing up right at close. I was told if I arrived before 11 they would be able to serve me. I walked in at 10:57 and the vet clinic staff was able to help me and get my cat up to date on his vaccines, I thanked them and told them I apologize for showing up last minute and that I really appreciated them still helping me. I then proceeded to grab some cat food while I was there but the woman working the register, I believe her name is Diane, did not realize I was still in the store and proceeded to talk poorly about me to the vet clinic members about “that last one, and how she told me she couldn’t do anything to help if I showed up after 11 and how ridiculous it was”. She turned around and realized I was waiting at the register, and then had to comment about how I grabbed five different kinds of canned food, she seemed annoyed that she had to scan each one. I tried to be conscious of the vet team and their time by calling ahead, and I would not have come if I’d known it would lead to being talked poorly about while standing right behind the staff members. I understand retail can be a frustrating job, but kindness goes a long way and you never know how your words may impact someone who just made a mistake and was trying to get their cat vaccinated.
Very good people not sure of the manager's name today but there was a item that was on clearance and when I showed up they couldn't find it there was a exceptionally rude cashier but the manager took care of me and assured me he would make sure that I got what I had came for and I cannot thank him enough truly made my day very good people highly recommend this place

I have never called or gone to Tractor Supply and been disappointed with customer service.
Poor front desk assistance. I came to Tractor Supply to fill up 2 propane tanks for work, I walked in and talked to a person at the front desk and told her I needed some help with propane. She called on the intercom to get a team member to come fill them up and she told me to go wait outside by the propane and they would be right there. I waited for 10 minutes and nobody showed up. I went back inside and a different person was at the front desk, I asked for some help to fill up the tanks and she said someone would be right there. I went back outside, waited 10 minutes, no one showed up. Now it started to rain, I walked back inside and asked if I could just leave them there and pick them up after work that evening. The worker didn’t even make eye contact with me, and said it was going to rain so they won’t fill them up and also said I was not allowed to leave them there. Just annoyed it took over 20 minutes of sitting around when they simply could’ve said they don’t have anyone available and given me a better time to come back.
