Pet Supplies Plus Traverse City

If Maggie Moo could talk, she’d probably tell you Pet Supplies Plus in Traverse City is her favorite spa and snack bar combo! We absolutely love using their dog bathing stations. It’s like a full-service doggy day spa without the outrageous bill. Maggie gets the royal treatment, complete with pampering and treats (okay, mostly treats—she’s got priorities). The setup is always clean, easy to use, and best of all, no backbreaking bending over a tub at home. Maggie loves strutting into the store like a furry VIP, knowing she’s about to leave looking fabulous and with a belly full of goodies. Thanks, Pet Supplies Plus, for keeping Maggie Moo looking her doodle best—and for saving our bathroom from the post-bath splash zone! We’ll be back soon, and Maggie’s already wagging her tail in anticipation!

Pet Supplies Plus has wonderful groomers, who are magical, and who take such good care of my dogs. However, sometimes our pups make poor choices and roll in dead fish in between spa-days, so it’s a huge relief to be able to hose them down in the dog-wash area. One thanksgiving, my dogs got sprayed by a skunk in the middle of the night. This store was open on Black Friday, and I was allowed to use the dog-wash and get advice—mostly a list of things I shouldn’t have done, but had already done—and tons of supplies to try eliminate the smell from my pups and from my house.

I love this store! They price match, they have a terrific rewards program that I find better than than PetSmart's Treat rewards program. And at Pet Supplies Plus, certain products are buy 10, get the 11th free! Also, you cannot beat the coupons they mail you!!!

Best pet store around town. We had an issue and it was addressed and taken care of immediately. Best pet store in town. The customer service here is superb to the other pet stores in town.

Out of all the pet stores I've been to, this one had the best service I've seen in a while. The workers were really nice and helpful and even let us look at their hamsters. Overall, it was a good experience, and the fish that we got are still alive.
