I love McGoughs. They’re my go-to for seed and fertilizer. They know what they’re talking about and always very helpful. BEWARE though. Their shady mix wildflower seed contains highly invasive species such as Chinese Forget-Me-Not and baby’s breath. DO NOT BUY THIS if you value trillium and other native wildflowers.

Love this place! They're always so friendly and helpful, and seems they've got a little bit-o-this; and a little bit-o-that - this's and that's I didn't even realize I needed! Their pricing is also fair.

This is how business should be done. Small but packed with variety at great prices. Friendly, knowledgable employees that take their time with you. Skip the big box stores for feed, seed and animal supplies and load up here.

I've been coming g to Mcgough's for over 15 years as a landscape professional. Unfortunately thanks to Dustin, apparently one of the relatively new managers. I'm changing my review from a 5 to a 1 star.(as I haven't seen him before this year could b wrg) I will not be coming back or recommending my customers come here anymore either, after my experience with Dustin. I purchased to much chopped straw and upon bringing it back Dustin instantly gives me attitude. Long story short he tells me he won't return the straw because the outside of the package has dew on it. " It's wet" No it is not/ was not Wet on the inside and days later it's still fine, without any hint of mold. (His reasoning it couldn't be returned) This straw also has a glue on it and if was wet it'd be a brick. It's unfortunate that Dustin doesn't have any professionalism or common courtesy. So Yes Dustin, " I'll find a use for them" eventually. Thanks a lot!

This is probably the friendliest and most knowledgeable staff you could find anywhere. Their expertise cannot be matched! Lindsey, Dustin, John, and that guy who hides in the back named Richard- not to mention the rest of theie wonderful staff- are the greatest people you will meet. Dave is pretty cool too.
