Literally the best in town! I have been taking my doodle there for a year & have always left more than happy with the turnout. Leah is so welcoming, & very informative. I know when i leave there, my fur babies are in good hands. She is great at what she does 😊
Awesome experience for puppy and nervous dog mom! I wasn't sure how my pug would do, as he's not very socialized. Leah and her team set us at ease from the get go! Everyone was so welcoming. My baby was treated like a VIP and received a salon quality glow up! Whether you're a worried dog mom like me, or go with the flow- you and your pup will love Posh Paws!
**Edited to add the following in response to the owners reply: I don't appreciate your assumption that I don't take care of my dog and accusations concerning it being matted and not cared for. I told the person I spoke with they were a rescue that was just acquired. It's a Newfoundland/Poodle with fur that was matted when he was dropped off, and as I told them, the shelter practically shaved him to get rid of the matting. Your justification for your pricing is also outrageous since I've managed to get at 2 other quotes, one half your price and the other 70% of it. You say the price "starts at" and then try to quote over double that. I could understand a small extra fee because of large breed and difficult coat, but not over double your posted price. ALSO, the person I spoke to specifically said the price online was out dated and the owner didn't know how to change it. So don't keep lying. Just admit you messed up and lost a client. Fix your site, and your attitude and maybe your business will improve. The below is my original review prior to this added edit** Dishonest, and false advertising. I called to make an appointment after seeing their website listed the services I needed at $55. The person on the phone told me to expect "about $125" saying that because of his breed and his size there were extra charges and also that the price could change after he was brought in because the $125 was only an estimate. I pointed out their website says it's only $55 and she said it was out of date and the owner doesn't know how to change it. Maybe $125 is a fair price, I don't know (still shopping around), but I do know I won't support a dishonest company that won't honor their posted rates.
I've taken my doodles too Posh paw grooming bouquet and love how my doodles turn out looking in the end. They are always happy also! The owner even works late nights, such as tonight after having my two well due doodles all day! Thank you for being the best and always exposing everything to me to better understand the maintenance of them.. ❤️
Highly recommend Posh Paws! Lea is kind and patient with our Doodle who has some anxiety issues. She gives the dogs breaks if they need it and has toys, water and treats available. She is very knowledgable about the different breeds and took time to give me tips for care at home.Bailey was so relaxed after her appointment that she rolled on the floor playing with a ball as Lea and I talked. This is a sign to me that she was respected and treated kindly. We drive from Frankenmuth to get the best groomer in the area, as do many of Lea's customers. Choosing a groomer is important because we love our pets! You can be confident you made the right choice with Posh Paws.
