Puppy Love Grooming

Took my 3 year old golden retriever there. Best cut she's ever had and the employees were absolutely terrific. Abbey says thank you Puppy Love.

I was going to try this place out for my dog. The girl that answered was nice. I had never been asked so many questions just to set a appointment. The typical questions were fine but then it was why I switched groomers let him come in for a nail appointment then it was a groomer from the place I was going to is coming in tomorrow. Let me ask her if she remembers your dog. At this point I was done the the 100 questions. I live by there that's the only reason I wanted to switch. I get it but come on. Nice way to get a new customer not!!

Called to make grooming appointments for my two huskies as a friend has been coming here for years. The first question I was asked was what type of dog they were. I told them huskies. Then, I was asked their ages..10 and 8 years old respectively. I was told due to their age, they should really go to a groomer attached to a vet. I said oh that's interesting because my friend who comes here has dogs OLDER than mine.... (not to mention in worse health). Then she told me, it was because of their large size... I just laughed and said that's hilarious because my friend has two MASSIVE PITBULLS that are significantly bigger than my two dogs. Both of my dogs have gone to the groomer's over the years (which I mentioned - it isn't like this is the first time they ever are going to the groomer), but our friend highly recommended them and they are significantly closer to our house than our old groomer. I guess really these people should just blatantly state they aren't willing to help with HUSKIES because they are discriminating against them. Don't bother wasting your time. Incredibly discriminating with the fake age rule and the fake size rule. Just own it and say you don't accept Huskies then... that would be better than randomly making up rules to avoid them!!! If this was a human being coming in for an apt.. it would be all over the news!

Left my last groomer over a terrible experience, so I was nervous about placing my skittish dog with a new groomer. I heard good things about Puppy Love from one of their current clients. We had our first appointment today, and Madison absolutely nailed the cut I showed her. They took their time to listen to my concerns and what I wanted. My dog was much calmer than she usually is and hen I came to get her. I’ll be taking my dog here from now on, will recommend and give references if anyone needs one. I am relieved and so happy with the service!

First time going to a groomer. I was very nervous for my hyper 10 month old German shepherd mix to get groomed, but when i came back they told me he did so good. They handled him with care and treated him so well. I didn't catch anyones name, but they were all so sweet. He came home smelling and looking great. Affordable price for a great job. I already recommended Puppy love to one of my friends and I will be going back.
