My old dog I had here I got groomed here by stacy she did an excellent job. The grooming is affordable. The store sells good quality products. Have bought 2 ferrets from here they both had ear mites and parasites BUT Petco reimbursed me for the vet bill. They have ferret food, bedding, toys and grooming unlike most pet stores. They sell fish and other small animals. Prices are fair. They also have dog training. The store is cleanly and organized.

We have always used petco grooming. My cooper is ALWAYS groomed by Stacy and we have always been very happy with her! Shes sweet and cooper seems to do well with her as well have never had any complaints. We will continue to schedule with her! We do a shorter cut because his hair grows so fast and mats quickly.

I was unable to buy a pet for my son. Young lady on the closing refused to help us buy a pet. Neglected to help me when asked for help then hid for 6 minutes in hopes we would leave. After she finally saw we weren’t leaving she flat out refused to allow us to buy a pet. We went up front to ask for management and the other employee refused to help even get a manager saying “it’s not my department”. Your closing crew must lose a lot of business. Social skills are a requirement when working with the public but obviously not at this store. Entitled workers refusing to help is not a good look. Not to mention buckets on the floor from a leaky roof and stock everywhere making it impossible to navigate the store with a wheel chair. If I could give this place a zero star rating I would. Ensuring the safety of animals and refusing to help purely because your being obnoxious and not wanting to work is two different things.

5 STAR SERVICE ....Emma was working in the fish department cleaning tanks and I stopped her to ask for help on Betta fish...she was very kind stopped what she was doing and helped me with picking out what I needed! Thanks again Emma for your customer service and kindness. I appreciate the knowledge you have about fish and the care you taught me that they need. Emma shared with me her love of fish and didn't try to upset me, she was honest and I will be coming back after 4 weeks, when my water is clean. Having a pet takes patience because it is their life and your giving them a home is what Emma taught me! ...Please give this girl a dollar raise... companies need to spend more on the knowledgeable people who are excited to help...please provide a bigger paycheck for her in return for her great service... I will be shopping at this store from now on! Also customer service at the counter Ryan, was very polite and caring about the products! Thankyou ! Outstanding store workers ...also the girl who needed to talk to Emma to save a fish was very polite and I appreciate that as well!

Haley is very nice and so is Gavin, they both helped me with a price match with no rebuttle. Online a product was half off what it was in store and they were very nice about fixing the price for me. Most places the employees are rude when you have a problem like that. These two were very nice and did it no problem.
