Got a reshedding done for my husky! She was full of hair and when I got her back she was smelling good and hairless! Staff and everyone i talked to was super nice i definitely recommend going. Made sure my dog was loved and taken care. Thank you

Called a few times to get price estimates and to see about appointments for my dogs. No one ever answers the phones nor calls you back after you leave a message on the voice mail. So, I took my business elsewhere. I would not recommend.

Cannot recommend this business enough! We recently moved to Kalamazoo and found The Parchment Poodle through co-workers. My pup has had poor experiences with groomers in the past and has been anxious from our recent move. The groomers that greeted us were kind, patient, and extremely understanding of my pup's needs. She explained everything that they did after his appointment and even gave him a free bandana. This is the happiest I've ever seen him after an appointment, and he was even running around playing with other dogs at the shop. This is also the fastest we've ever had an appointment completed. We will definitely be bringing him back and recommending this business to anyone who asks!

The BEST dog groomers ever! Stephanie is especially amazing. She’s been grooming my dog for many years & I’ve never been disappointed. They are careful with your pets and treat them well. They do a thorough job. Reasonably priced highly recommend !

Very happy with Parchment Poodles! They gave my baby a bath and brush and trimmed his nails. He came home soft and looking Handsome. 😃
