Had a great time here with friends

I’ve had a great couple experiences lately with the new hires. I’ve also had a few not so great experiences and the manager is too blame. It seems that she does not want to be there to do her job. She has had the worst attitude while handling the customers. I’ve decided to start shopping in the afternoons due to this. The assistant manager is super friendly and cares about the well-being of that store. He was left alone at a busy time of the day. Thank you to the assistant manager for putting his customers first.

I want to say that the staff at the negaunee store are always so nice and helpful especially Neidra (I think that's her name) I know it's something like that.

This store is a mess. Ive been shopping here for the past year almost and since day 1 its been a mess. Items on the floor, clearance section looks like a tornado went through it, employees are great only had a issue with 1 cause i was using coupons. They need help cleaning it and keeping it clean.

A lot of the merchandise is just everywhere. Cluttered and unorganized. Random products that people put wherever they want. Prices are ok but could be more affordable. Most stay open late, which is nice.
