I had a first-time, walk-in nail appointment. Pam did a great job with my two girls' nails and the price was extremely reasonable. Pam knows her stuff. The only problem -- the store was filthy. Dirty rags all over, the floor needed sweeping, and there was only one chair for me to sit on and wait that wasn't piled high with stuff. Since the store advertised dog grooming, the condition of the store doesn't inspire confidence.

Louie’s first puppy cut! First experience at Shampoodles and was a great one! Very skilled, professional and proficient in their work. Definitely will be coming back for Louie’s cuts!

This place is great! I got my parents standard poodle groomed here. He was done quickly and the salon had great communication. They listened to every detail that I wanted and he came back looking better than anywhere else he has been. He’s a very shy dog and they were able to work with him. Highly recommend this dog groomer in the downriver area!

Pro: Staff was friendly and the grooming was fast. Con: the shop is very cluttered/dirty and looks very unprofessional. My dogs cut was uneven and much shorter than I anticipated. The back of his head looks especially off. The groomer also stood over my shoulder and watched me pay/tip, which was strange. I came here off a recommendation from a dog park friend but won’t be coming back.
