Mares-Z-Doats Feed Pet & Garden

This was my first visit after it being suggested by local people. My pup and I are new to the UP so we thought we'd give it a try. There was a great selection of treats, winter wear, and snacks for my pup and the staff was friendly. I even got help picking out a snow shovel! I'm sure we'll be back especially since this is one place my pup can visit too!

First time here. Our pet supply store in Manistique closed down and I didn’t want to buy from the chain stores so I made the trip north. Very helpful staff and they had everything I needed. I went for dog harnesses and the guy that helped me knew all about all of them and helped me try them on my dogs. Really great experience and I’ll definitely drive the 80 miles again next time I need dog gear.

Wonderful staff and all the very best for your family, pets and farm. There's no better feed store. Mares-Z-Dotes, hands down is the best in the U.P. Macie dachshund gets spoiled and loves it there!!

Always very helpful staff and a great selection. One of the few places in town with good work boot selection. And not overpriced like another place in town I know...

I love this store! They absolutely care about the quality they give your pets! I used to work at Petsmart here in Marquette and learned a thing or two about products and I genuinely appreciate the selection and quality of pet products they had to offer. We found a meal, corn, wheat, and soy free dog food that my dogs love and is reasonably priced. We also found a sorbitol free tooth paste which is impossible to find! Highly recommended!
