Walgreens

The staff is always very friendly. However, I had two prescriptions ready to be filled that were processing for two days. I called about them on a Wednesday as I was leaving town that Saturday. I was told they would be available Friday afternoon. That is already two days late for an injection prescription I have to do monthly. Stopped in on Friday afternoon and was told they were not there and didn’t come in the shipment. Left and requested them to be filled at the Walgreens in Whitehall. They had them ready within an hour and a half. I have waited close to half an hour and never under 15 minutes for a prescription.

As others have said, this is an incredibly SLOW pharmacy. They have major organization problems, and are looking in multiple locations attempting to find the prescriptions. Their is also no sense of urgency in anything they are doing, they are getting paid whether it takes 5 minutes or 50. You can't be in a hurry if you need something from these guys.

I know the pharmacy is overworked, but that's not the patients fault. Their customer service is awful, straight up awful. When a patient is trying to get information about the back-ordered medication that helps keep them alive, at least be pleasant! If you hate your job so much, find another one.

I try to believe the staff can only work with what they are given to work with! Wish they would hire more staff to compensate for taking over Rite Aid customers.. Hire more people or you may end up just like Rite Aid! Out of business.

Kinda slow had to repeat my first and last name 6 times over the phone before they got it right it's like they instantly forget once you tell them. Other then that friendly staff considering the experience I had with the rudeness at Walmart pharmacy same area Ludington.
