The first problem I have with the store is that there are constantly carts and boxes full of merchandise that need to be put away all over the store. There are so many that it makes it difficult to walk down the aisles or see half of what's on the shelves. My second issue is with the large amount of products that are out of stock. I expect a few items to be out at a time, but here you find several items per shelf that are out of stock. It's incredibly difficult to complete your shopping when half of what you need you can't find. My biggest problem, however, with this store is the complete lack of customer service! No one ever greets you when you walk in the door and every time I've gone to cash out I've had to go looking for a worker. Today there was a line of four or five people waiting to check out and no workers in sight. I understand that they're busy putting away merchandise, maybe trying to take care of the problem I mentioned earlier, but customer service should always come first. It seems the store needs not only more workers but better trained ones, including management. You would think no one was managing this location based on the state of things.
Went there on Sunday March 24th 2024, store said it was open at 8, I got there at 8:05 and the employee waved me off pretty much saying they weren’t open…..
It's been years since I've been to Dollar General. This specific location feels pretty crowded compared to others I've been to, but it's really clean and the employees are helpful and courteous. I'm not just saying this because my sister works at a Dollar General either. I have never been dissatisfied with a visit to this Dollar General, even if they don't have the item I'm looking for.
Dirty, above capacity, shelves with stuff just shoved on them. I don't stop, unless it's a quick in and out, for something insignificant. Employees are always off, "busy" usually in pairs or groups. It's a sad thing, Family Dollar closed- and This is the option we have...
They left a sensor on my purchase then would not remove it when i brought it back the next day and the manager was very rude to me. So now i own a pair of leggings that i paid for with a sensor They Neglected to take off now its my problem.
