When Bridget was bringing my Pomeranian back to me I said: “This is what I was hoping for my Merlot!”. Bridget really took care of all the things that I was hoping for my Pomeranian, thank you Bridget! I loved how you groomed my dog. She looks and smells great 😊🤩

Third times a charm! We have been to other grooming salons, and never have been pleased with our services. One thing that was extremely different and so much better, is that our stylist Bridget that worked on Calvin, she didn’t rush me in regards to explaining what we were looking for, and as well talked to me about how it went afterwards, and made sure to take care of the things we were hoping for, she also made me feel very reassured that my dog was in the right hands💕✂️

My boyfriend and I had scheduled our purebred German Shepherd's first ever professional grooming appointment today and let me tell you, these guys are the best! My family has had a dog almost my whole life but we never needed to inquire with anyone about groomers; our dogs shed but did not have thick nor double-coated fur. My boyfriend wanted to make an appointment with a professional for his sweet dog and I told him I'd do some research. Based on reviews of Special Touch, I decided to give them a call. Right from the beginning, the ladies here were friendly, easy to talk to, and answered all my questions. Being Ciri's first time at a groomer, I had a few questions and concerns about her visit. They recommended she have the first appointment of the day and they were able to get us in within a week - so nice and kind! We had a little bit of drama the morning of her appointment. Long story short, I was locked out of the house (my fault) and couldn't get back in. I called the salon when I realized I was going to be late and apologized ahead of time for my tardy arrival. They were so understanding and kind over the phone. They were able to keep the appointment and Ciri girl did great! I was greeted the second I walked in and got the text when she was ready to get picked up. The groomers reassured me that she did great and they completely understood the situation that happened earlier in the day. Ciri's nice and soft now and smells great! Even got a cute little bandana. THANK YOU, ladies, for your excellent work and your incredible understanding! PLEASE take your dogs here! They're the best and will definitely be back. :^)

I've been intending to post for a year! Always a welcoming, safe and clean environment. Schedules are adhered to and our little guy always comes out looking and smelling great! *His first time in, he'd literally come from a farm.

I have been bringing my pup Scout here ever six weeks since his second groom ever at around 4 months. He always comes back looking amazing. His most recent groom we tried a German clip and it’s perfect! So friendly, listen to what I want for scouts groom and takes pictures of what I am thinking he comes back looking amazing and smelling amazing too!! Also incredibly reasonable prices for a poodle clip!
