Karen in the grooming department was awesome! My cat is 18 years old and I was very nervous about getting him groomed for the first time (didn’t know cats need help with grooming as they age). She made me feel very welcome and treated my cat very well! She even adjusted my bill as I had chosen a more costly service than what he needed. Super awesome and I would definitely book an appointment with her again!

I have come here consistently for about two years now.The staff is always friendly and helpful. I enjoy this store’s selection of aquatic plants and life generally speaking. Although, it would be awesome if their supplier could hook them up with a larger quantity of shrimp ;)

Brianna did a GREAT job with my big boy! She was so fun and playful with him, and got him back to looking good and smelling fresh in no time! He was all smiles afterwards. We will definitely use her services again! 😊

Absolutely ridiculous! I drove 30 miles to get my dog a picture with Santa and you were supposed to get some of the offers that they were advertising with the photo shoot! And I made online appointment like you were supposed to do and it said to show your ticket to a store associate. When I asked if they needed to see my ticket the girl told me it wasn't necessary & to just get in the line. It was all chaotic too many people getting close to other people with their dogs. Some people not knowing where the line starts and cutting in front of others. Almost dog fights. I finally got my pictures taken and they took several on a tablet they told me that all the pictures would be sent to my email. I only received one! Also I asked for our $10.00 give away along with the other goodies that they offered that they advertised and that even seemed like their was some confusion over it! The girl then told me you had to make an appointment with the grooming salon in order to get them. I tried to show her what the advertisement said which had nothing to do with the grooming and was for the pictures but she wouldn't even look at it! Sorry but that's not right! Plus I didn't get all the pictures I was told I'd get just one! I am going to be getting a hold of the corporate office over this!

Went to this store yesterday to purchase crickets. I bought 20 for my crested gecko. The lady that helped me wasn’t very pleasant and scrapped my crickets off the floor of the cricket enclosure. I told her she wasn’t being very gentle and that all will most likely die!! Sure enough they didn’t even make the trip home! I won’t be back to purchase anything if this is how the my treat customers and living creatures!!
