Laura the owner who is undergoing Chemo snd her beautiful daughter Sarah who often works alone to accommodate us all while her mom is having Cancer treatments and appts. Thank you for 22 years of top notch fur baby loving service. 10 stars from the Brooks family. Shame on anyone who accuses these wonder people of being racist.

My golden loves her spa day at Bow Wow. She always smells so nice and her fur is so soft after the visit.

EVERYTIME the owner is there, and I pick up my dog, the price goes up at least $5 from what I'm initially told. It's gone up at least $20 total in the 2 years, plus a "mysteriously missing" $20. A new "reason" everytime for the increased price; "The price goes up every year." (Eventhough we've been there this year already, and her employee didn't seem to know about the price raise)... or JUST "her head was matted"... or "she's a big dog"... or whatever reason she can't look me in the eye to say. AND she has the nerve to shave my dog to her skin on most visits. We.will.not.be.back.
