We lost our poor cat after a year of stuggling. The vet was very empathetic and treated the animals far better than the humans. I do mean this in a good way. The vet can be a rough around the edges for preventive care and expects all the things everytime. Many of us are on a budget and can’t really afford that for ourselves even. But I think that’s everywhere, the staff are pleasant but judgy as to what services we decide to decline. At the end of the day though she and her staff treat our loved ones with respect and dignity even in the end of life.

We are traveling in the area by boat, so needed a vet near Frankfort. Called every vet in the area, all too busy or not taking new patients. Left voice mail for Dr Cerro, who called back and fit us in same day. Promptly took care of Skipper's ear infection and gave meds to treat it. Very reasonable prices. Very thankful for her help.

We took our two guinea pigs here and they were amazing. A lot of places won't even see our little guys but this vet fit us right in. Gave us a lot of great tips and info on things to give them the best life and even had some healthy shampoo for them. Prices were great all things considered and even did a nail trim for the boys. I can't say enough good things. Staff was super nice and friendly and it just felt like a welcoming place. Can't wait to do more business with them in the future. I've never found a vet willing to see so many different types of animals and no matter what shows love and compassion for every animal type big or small. For sure will be back!

Do not bring your pets here for grooming needs. Brought my rabbit to be shaved while under anesthesia and still managed to cut her deep enough to need staples, mistakes happen yes but not only did they want full price for this low quality service but was incredibly rude and also had to pay for the cone they used! Lady referred to my pet as “just a rabbit” and couldn’t take responsibility for the inconvenience this placed upon myself and my pet.

I have to say I was really excited to find this place when I was told they take ferrets. When I made the appointment for my two babies I was told to bring in stool sample and picture of their cage, what they eat, and where they roam. I thought yes this place I need to bring my ferrets they know what they are doing. On the day of my appointment I was told that they are over do for their shots and that if I wanted to get them done I would have to buy a whole tray of the vaccine I'm order to get the two doses I needed. Which she was very rude while explaining this to me. I was also told that if my ferret ever needed a DES implant that she does not do it she would recommend uthanatia. Over all I had a appointment for my ferrets to get their nails trimmed, ears cleaned, heart listened to, and to have a uneducational or informational conversation with the vet that cost me $142.00. While she was clipping my girls nails she quicked her. When I told her she quicked her she said ,"Well it's her fault she was moving!" I do not recommend anyone taking there ferrets there. This place is misleading.
