I called and was registered for an appointment. I took time off work to bring my cat in. It was canceled last-minute. That's fine. I understand things happen. Attempt 2. Same story. Last minute cancelation. I'm a forgiving person, but it happened a third time. Even if they had given sufficient notice for me to adjust my schedule, I would've been flexible. Three times of last-minute notice is not professional or forgivable. I can't speak to the level of service, since I never received any, but I can say that the respect of your time is not there at all.

We were with them for several years for my dog, but I had to switch to a different vet this spring/summer because of how many times the vet cancelled on us. I couldn't get my buddy in for anything and had some weird symptoms. Went to another vet and got in quickly, got everything taken care of. The cost is more there but worth it because I can actually get my animals IN and be assured my appointment won't get cancelled.

The staff, and Dr Brakeman were so good to my old dog! Parker, my golden retriever needed to have half of his ear flap amputated due to a tumor, and the staff was absolutely wonderful! I can’t say enough about everyone that took care of my old guy. He recovered faster than expected. Thank You!❤️

Had same issue as previous reviewer. Got texts morning of my appointments that the dr was not in the office. The doctor called in both times. These appointments were two weeks apart. This appointment was for a mass on one of my cats. I was offered a tech appointment for vaccination for a new patient who wouldn’t even be evaluated by a doctor. I recommend finding a vet that won’t cause a delay in your pets care.

Nice down-home vet. Friendly and knows his business well. I was happy they were able to see both my dogs at the same time.
