Splash and Dash Groomerie & Boutique

This is my second time taking our boy Frenchie & first time taking our girl Frenchie to Splash & Dash.. I cannot say enough positive remarks about this wonderful business. It starts from the moment you walk in the door & are greeted by Samantha (the owner). Samantha is ALWAYS smiling & her personality is contagious. Just this interaction alone with Samantha, you know your pets are in awesome hands of caring & loving staff. Both of our Frenchies have anxiety, especially with unfamiliar territory. The staff here handled them with very well. Samantha did update us with how our pups did & what they did/did not tolerate. We appreciated that immensely. You receive a text when they are ready to be picked up. And when both of our Frenchies were ready to go home, they were so excited to see us. Not only did they both look so cute (this business styles them with a free cloth around their necks), but they smelled & looked amazing. It always makes us happy to know they are so well taken care of while they are here. Checkout is fast & efficient. Don’t forget to shop before leaving the store. There are all kinds of toys, treats, decor to choose from. It’s seriously one of my favorite businesses in West Michigan. Thanks again Samantha & all the staff at Splarh & Dash for your exceptional service & hospitality. We are already looking forward to our next visit. I take my dog Peach here every 6-8 weeks! It's affordable, the staff are amazing with the dogs, the facility is so clean, and there are lots of options and customizations! Sam knows all the dogs who enter by name, I swear!

After our first time going in I am absolutely blown away by how great of a job these guys did on my two Maltese! Samantha was so kind and professional, plus she made sure that she asked all of the right questions before taking them in for their first appointment. They both left the groomer in a great mood, and their haircuts look amazing. I love the little holiday bow tie that they got as well! This will definitely be our groomer moving forward!

Splash and Dash did an amazing job with our German shepherd (who has sensitive skin) and they staff is super friendly! He is super clean and feels so soft, plus they gave him the cutest bandanna! We will definitely be back, highly recommended ☺️

The staff is extremely friendly and they did a great job with my golden retriever who is super anxious when it comes to grooming! I was really happy with the price and their customer service!! We will be back!
