This is a horrible store. Worst service imaginable. Also, it’s single digit temps and they refused to fill my propane tank. Shorter lady with short grey hair is so rude. . . again. On top of everything I was overcharged for the propane top-off.

I'm done shopping here. I will now do all my shopping at Family Farm and fleet. I purchased two LED garden lights at the end of May. At about the beginning of July, they burnt out due to water getting in the LED balls...they were defective by design. I tried to return them but the day I went, TSC was blocked by massive construction. I went north and back south and couldn't find an entrance. With life being busy, I returned at the end of July. I explained what happened and the dark haired girl at the counter was so rude. She exclaimed, "well we make it in to work every day." She continued to make snide remarks and just basically said their return policy is 30 days. Then argued because I thought I bought them in June but it was the end of May. She was so condescending that I won't tolerate being treated that way. Here is what you say, "I'm sincerely sorry that you lost $50 in garden lights." She just tried to humiliate me. Bye TSC....

They have everything I needed in store. Employees are VERY helpful

Very reasonable on nuts and bolts but didnt have the carbide cone shape multi drill bit I wanted but the very attractive cashier lady more then made up for it w her beautiful smile and joyful attitude, may go back jus to talk to her :)
