Jessica is fabulous! We started out with her pre Covid and reconnected when she opened her new place! The facility itself is all inclusive and they have a doggy playground/daycare on the other side! Scheduling is also a breeze and you can get in quick. It’s reassuring to be able to drop my doods off and Jessica remembers what cut/style from the last time. She’s top tier! 🐶🐶
The owner was awesome! She clipped 3 chihuahuas nails and not one melt down. 5 dollar a dog!! Definitely will be back
She cut the underside of my dog’s tail bad enough that it needed stitches and didn’t tell us that she did so. Figured it out 3 days later—my pup had been acting strangely since coming home from the grooming appointment. I understand accidents happen, but TELL the owner!
This was my first experience with the dog groomer. The little dog I have is a Havanese and she's 15 years old and I've only had her a year. This was her first time to a groomer .I paid full price plus a $5 tip to this lady that all she did was blame the cut on she was matted at so bad oh she was matted so bad I had to I had to cut her down she was matted at so bad. She was matted at a little bit on her legs but this woman shave my poor Hannah down to bare skin in places and then the hair on her ears was on even with long pieces sticking out. Her face wasn't cut as I asked I felt so bad for my poor dog not to mention about killing myself going up the steps in the back of her house from the shop they're real bad I will never ever take my Hannah there again and I would not recommend her to anybody she's not worth the heartache or the money
Took my pup to see Chris today. Chris was very sweet and spent time getting to know my anxious rescue before I left. When I returned, I was greeted with a happy, clean and content pooch.
