I have two dogs…very long hair…my male has anxiety and barks a lot..Cierra the groomer I have been with for a few years now is amazing!! The dogs are so happy to see her and they come home so proud of themselves and feels so good…and the smell is amazing!! They are treated so well at the establishment…I will never go anywhere else!! The new owner is doing an amazing job and love the new pop up specials on nails cut!!

Very happy and highly recommend For the past couple of years, I’ve been bringing my two large, energetic dogs—Zeus, a shepherd mix, and Ace, a Siberian husky—to Wag N Tails in Dewitt MI. Finding a local, affordable groomer who can handle high-energy dogs was a concern, especially since Ace is known for being a bit of a rebel. The professional and friendly staff at Wag’n Tails have been fantastic, accommodating quick nail trims to full service grooming. Their prices are good, and the quality of service is top-notch. I highly recommend Wag’n Tails for anyone seeking high quality grooming services with friendly staff, that will treat your dog like their own 😊

Unfortunately my dog was a pain to work with but I super appreciate the effort and professionalism of the staff! They were able to get some of hus mattes removed. We are going to try again soon when he is sedated. I still recommend Wag n Tails to anyone!

Had a wonderful groomer for 4 dogs. They got a new owner and the new groomer did an awful cut on my two cocker. Cut their eye lashes, didn't shave inner ear, cut outter ear so short and did not brush out, pads of feet still had hair between and uneven cut on entire body areas of log and short spots. I will not return

Our dog was stuck in a kennel for over 3 hours & never received the grooming service we booked. He is very accustomed to & cooperates well with being at a groomer. There was little to no communication from the staff. I was told at the start of my appointment that it would take 2 hours, when 3 hours passed, I went back to the business and they said they hadn’t started on him and would need another 30 minutes. They claimed our dog had been brushed and nails filed, this resulted in a $55 bill which I paid but don’t feel great about due to the service I experienced.
