UPDATE: We were never "let go," but just did not come back based on our own and others' experiences. Anyone, considering this individual, look at the professionalism of her responses. Be warned! ----‐------------------------------------------------------------------ Owner's attitude is a bit much. Owner reminds me of a Seinfeld episode, but it is "no dog grooming for you." Too many other groomers out there to deal with her.

** Update** While I appreciate you commenting on my review, I’m not really concerned on how “ High Quality “ your salon is. That’s not the reason I contacted you. I’m looking for good groomers and good service. You’re right, I do seem a bit upset but again if the courtesy was extended to me with a bit more explanation vs shutting me down right away, I may have had a better understanding. To me that’s not so high-quality. At least you took the time to respond to my review, I appreciate that. For everybody else reading this, I’m sure these guys do a fantastic job as I was given their name by friends when I specifically asked about grooming for my “Labradoodle”. I won’t take that away from them but the customer service could use a little work. I called to inquire on pricing for my Labradoodle pup. What grooming would cost. She automatically assumed my pup would be over 30 lbs, apparently they have a max weight. Their website says 35, our pup will likely be 28-30lbs. Wouldn’t even discuss pricing, just said no. However they groom other breeds up to 75 lbs. Was given great recommendations for them, a bit disappointed.

We just love the service the atmosphere and the kindness. Pepper isn't stressed out when I pick him up. Always quality work.

We love Uptown Poochie Parlor. It’s clear our dogs also love going to see Julie, and we are always happy with the grooms.

We love our groomer—Julie. They look so cute afterwards but most important she will make you aware of any health issues she notices.
