Duke's Doggie Salon

I had a terrible experience with them. I would not recommend them to anyone. The owner Jeff completely shaved my dog bald without my permission. The little bit of hair he left on her was all uneven. He did a absolute terrible job. I confronted him regarding this and he was completley rude and unreasonable. If I could give him a zero rating I would. First of all one the reasons I was shocked was he never called for permission to cut all her beautiful hair off. I agree she did have mats on her tummy however that is normally taken care with a professional groomer who knows how to groom a Maltese. By the way this dog is a female and only 8 months old. Also I would like to add he mentioned she was mean and tryed to bite him. Anyone that know the temperate of a Maltese knows that they do not bit and are very friendly dogs. Which leads to believe he was mean to her and abused her while she was being trimmed. Beware before you bring your dog to him. Attached is before and after pictures of her. I thinks my pictures speak for themselves how he trims dogs.

Honey's BiG Adventure to Duke's Doggie Salon! Grooming days can be pretty scary. To quote a very wise man, "Imagine your parents got you out of bed one day, dropped you off at the car wash, naked, and left without any explanation. You'd be anxious, too!" Jeff and Kelli were amazing with her! They talked to her the whole time, took their time with scissors and all the "scary" tools, letting her get used to the sounds, smells and feel of them, and gave lots of love whenever she needed a little extra reassurance. Thanks for an awesome first grooming experience, Duke's!

I've finally found the perfect groomer for my Golden Retriever, Louie! Jeff did a wonderful job, and Louis looks great! Jeff is a Veteran who has served three tours in Iraq (I hope you don't mind my sharing that). Thank you so much for your service, Jeff!

I had a great experience as first-time customer at Duke's. I've been struggling to find a groomer for our Bernedoodle and was pleased with the groom and customer service we received. My dog can be tricky to groom, but Jeff was patient with her and still managed to make the haircut look even and intentional. Both staff members were very friendly to talk to and chatted with me before and after our appointment. Hazel was able to play with other pups (and I appreciated that she wasn't in a crate the whole time). The salon has a welcoming atmosphere when you walk in and doesn't have the unpleasant smell that I've experienced at other groomers. Thank you, Jeff!

Looking and smelling fresh! First time at the groomers for these two and boy was this fur mama nervous. Jeff did a great job and cleaned the boys up but still left them fluffy for softy snuggles. I highly recommend Duke’s for your fur babies!
