Amazing experience! My dog was an absolute baby - whined the whole time, wriggled, tried to nip and everything. I was completely embarrassed but they handled it like champs and said she wasn't even that bad. Nails are done, and she loves the complimentary toy! We'll definitely be going back

Lowkey location but don't let that fool you! Quality Grooming always does a great job with my corgi Teddy. He absolutely hates being touched by strangers but somehow Janet always works her magic on him. He comes out looking and smelling fresh. Added bonuses: a bandana tied around his neck AND I get to pick out a toy for free after every visit. Janet is always responsive with her texts and clearly communicates costs and pickup times. Love supporting this great local business!

I have been taking my Yorkshire Terrier, Holly to Quality Grooming for the past 5 years since she was a puppy. I appreciate how caring, compassionate & patient Janet is about her work- she is absolutely meticulous! Holly loves the fact that she is allowed to take home a new baby from the toy box after each visit & I love the extra detail Janet adds, whether its a bow or cute flowers attached to Holly's harness.

My cat Hobbes (a Ragdoll) has a very strong personality and is quite resistant to being handled for longer than 10 seconds. I'll never know what magic Hannah possesses to charm him and get him to sit still but she always does such a great job grooming him--bathing, brushing, shaving/trimming, trimming his nails, and placing nail caps. I won't take him anywhere else!
