Alicia is amazing! I bring my dog once a month just because of her! She is so great with animals. You can tell she truly loves them.

I brought my dog for Toni to groom for the first time and I was very happy with the result! Toni was very nice and helpful and she did a wonderful job on my dog. It was more than I could have asked for. Thanks so much Toni! I would recommend her to anyone!

Apologizing first this review is a few days late. I have not been in this store in several years. Last time I did, it was horrifying. Like when Walmart tried to sell fish. This is no longer the case. I needed a snack for my betta. I figured I was at Shaws already, why not. I'm not buying a fish. I was delightfully surprised at the complete change in the store. The manager is an absolute Queen and her workers go all out even if they're uncertain about a best option. The people currently working here care about animals more than their paycheck. That being said. Give the girls I met the other night a raise. They have completely changed the atmosphere of the store to something very positive.

Updated review. After they took the time to review the benefits of the rewards program my view is completely different. Sounds like lots of value, and rewards which would make signing up worthwhile. I’ll be giving it another shot! Very professional in addressing concerns I had in my original review.

The staff here was very kind and welcoming! Toni did a perfect job grooming our yorkie! We will most definitely be back!
