Gold Style Grooming

So far so good! Pleased as punch! We've been customers for about a year. Echo is a rescue lab and has orthopedic hardware. She is anxious on any given day, but the Team at Gold Style are doing a great job! She'd would certainly let me know if there was any issue. Pets communicate in ways people can't or don't. I trust them to be kind and gentle with her as they would for their own. We are very pleased with the crew! They send her home shiny and bright every time.

We have a very dramatic husky who does NOT let anyone cut her nails. We usually need to have the vet do it under heavy sedation. She barely tolerates that. I was hesitant to try it here, but read so many good reviews, I thought we'd give it a try. SHOCKED that we didn't hear her dramatic husky 'scream' as if someone is truly hurting her, instead, we heard the 'clip' then "good girl", 'clip', "good girl" and repeat! They were even able to buff her nails and trim the fur. I need to get the girl's name who did it, she deserves a shout out! Not sure how that worked out so well, but I'm a fan!

I have 3 dogs and 2 cats. This is my biggest fear. As an owner, you are responsible. You say the woman in the video was fired. What are you doing to make us feel more comfortable bringing animals there? I suggest you do random live zooms of all grooming. If there's nothing to hide, there's nothing to hide. Are you volunteering in the shelters to do free grooming? Time to do some public relations. What she did was far too extreme. Firing someone is just a bandaid. How was she able to get away with is as long as she did? Most of those dogs were doing nothing. I'd like to hear you have put measures in place.

Jay and the team are great! I was accused of not paying at Happy Paws, so I was desperate to find a groomer I could trust. He took me right in within a few weeks. I have 3 furr babies and Jay and the team knows them well now. My dogs are always excited to go in for their spa day and they always come out looking great and my babies have double fur taking twice as long yet prices are comparable. I love that he sends reminders the day before to remind me!

Gold Style took such great care of my corgi, Sulley! He came out looking like a million bucks. Loved the seasonal bandana that we got with the spooky spa package! We will be back!
